ALUMINOR acquires the company ADM Light-LUM

ALUMINOR has just completed an external growth operation by purchasing the company ADM Light-LUM.

ADM Light-LUM is a company specializing in the distribution of interior lighting, specializing in office design. It has a turnover of 1,000,000 euros.

A beautiful complementarity:

This company brings a complementary stone to the ALUMINOR building since its client portfolio is mainly composed of space planners and major accounts, which are not very present in the ALUMINOR client portfolio.

Furthermore, this acquisition will accelerate the development of ALUMINOR. Indeed, it will lead to the reduction of certain fixed costs, thus increasing the profitability of the company, which will allow it to free up additional resources to invest and accelerate its development.

ALUMINOR and ADM Light-LUM now form the ALUMINOR group.

This group is able to offer a wide range of lighting for decoration and the office : table lamps, desk lamps, floor lamps, wall lamps and pendant lights.
